The back up button came out the second day I had the unit installed.

It works. Does what it says and that is all I want from my devices. It does not try to help me when not asked. It just does its job at a speed that has not shown a glitch or drop yet. Simple, small, unobtrusive. In a world of tacky things and bluster it is nice to find a product so well designed and carried out. We then paired it with SlingTV and we are happier than we should be. In ordering Sling we took their offer and prepaid for three months and will be receiving a Roku 2 as their giveaway for prepaying for something I know we already like. I cannot think of any better items paired together that are currently on the market.
To Roku, I say thank you for producing an all-business product that simply does its job. Keep up the good work.

Helps with cutting the cable cord

I bought one for my vacation home as the cable price was way out of line for the amount of time I can spend there. When my primary home cable TV prices became unbearable I bought another one and am now saving $100/month by cutting the cable cord.
