Purchased this to stream Sling TV. I am a big Yankees fan and Comcast dropped YES. This is definitely worth the price. It has excellent quality and stream time.

I've been using my new ROKU 2 for about a month. Started with a ROKU 1 that now has been moved to my secondary TV. Both products are great! Good alternative to cable (or SAT).

EXCEPT ! On Netflix, the movie/TV shows text description font is WAY TOO SMALL ! Even on a 55" flatscreen, I can barely read it. I assume it's a Netflix problem, and not Roku. The Roku 2 is a great product. It's a replacement from one we had for two years: the remote finally gave out. Anyhow, ROKU is the best one of all on the market.

Roku 2 Media Player

We initially were using the Xbox one to stream SlingTV and were having a lot of issues with it. It would only work a few times a week and we seriously considered ending our subscription thinking that it was the service as opposed to the media player.
We decided to get the Roku 2 and see if that improved the service at all and it's been great! We are able to watch SlingTV whenever we want and there have been no major issues with it. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 star review is due to the glitchiness of it during bad weather.
I would recommend this to a friend!
