Huge improvement over Roku 1

After the last few years of happily using my Roku 1, I upgraded to the 2 for the ethernet connectivity. This makes a world of difference in picture quality and load time (my wifi access point is not the best even though my broadband connection is usually excellent). The hardware itself also runs quite a bit faster, and I like the shortcut buttons on the remote. Very happy with my upgrade.

Easy to Use!

I bought this to replace the Roku we bought many years ago. It was freezing up and slowing down all the time. Read reviews on the Roku 2 and decided to try it as the original was great for a long time. So far, so good. Have only had it a few weeks, but it has worked well so far.

Bought it about a month ago, good stuff I have high speed internet streaming is easy. Has no off button and have to replug it in once its been idle for a while, other than that's its worth getting.

So far, having the Roku2 device has freed me from watching YouTube videos on my iPad Air device. I just recently got the PBS channel. Like YouTube, it is also FREE. I enjoy watching videos when I feel like and not when shows air.
