Give up cable

I gave up cable 3 months ago and bought 3 Roku players...it was the best decision I made. Don't let the cable companies dictate what you can watch.

I wish I would have bought this a year ago instead I bought the Amazon fire box which was a big mistake. The ROKU has more apps and options than the Fire box and the ROUK 2 is much faster. I gave my Amazon fire box to a friend because I don't have anymore use for it. I definitely recommend ROUK.

This is the 2nd Roku 2 I have purchased based on my experience with the first. It's fast, has a good UI and has plenty of channels. That said, the paid channels have better, more up to date content though there are a few "free gems" here. I also own two Apple TV's, but doubt I will upgrade to the latest version now.

Very, very easy to install & use!

I did my research to come up with the easiest to install, ease of use and best player for the money. I tried a Chrome a year or 2 ago and it was a pain to install, I ended up taking it back. This Roku 2 was as simple as plugging it in & registering it. I had been using a WII to stream, it would lock up frequently, that is why I bought the Roku 2, In the 2 weeks I have had it it hasn't locked up once, better picture with the HDMI cable & much faster than the game system.. Great product!!
