I have been "cable free" for about 3 years now and antenna television lacks in choice of channels so the Roku is really great! I am able to watch an wider variety of shows and for a fraction of what cable costs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great deal via sling tv, free roku player with 3 month purchase of sling tv service. This was the last push I needed to cut cable.

I am happy with the roku 2. I have a smart tv so I watch the apps like Netflix and Hulu and MLB TV from my smart tv and only use roku for sling. And I am so happy I can watch sling on the roku. The only drawbacks are that when I try and fast forward or rewind on sling TV for channels that approve fast forwarding and rewinding, it does not work at all. Absolutely does not work. Also it would be nice if the remote had a mouse like function like the wand function for some Tvs. Where you can point the remote to things on the TV an click instead of having to use the arrows to navigate. Overall I like it because I can watch sling tv
