I bought it a couple weeks ago and after getting it hooked up it enhanced my tv experience. The apps are great for all my tv and movie needs.

My husband and I are retirement age. We heard about ROKU from youngsters, you know, 20-40 somethings. So we quit the high monthly payments to AT&T, Time Warner, and Xfinity and went ROKU and we are not looking back. It is what we can afford and that is a blessing.

I have been usingmy Roku 2 with Tablo for over a month now and couldn't be happier. Easy to use, plenty of channels/sources, it just works, well! I would recommend a wired connection if possible.

Great reliability and Good Connectivity

I got the Roku as a father's day gift. I installed and was surprised how easy it is to connect to my TV and the set up was very smooth. I have been using Roku now for over a month. What I liked is the reliability of the connection to my wireless network. I did not need to reboot or reconnect or any other annoying tasks to make it work. Another added feature that I liked is if I am on netflix or other streaming services once I finish watching one episode it automatically starts the next episode.

Upgraded as older Roku no longer supported. New unit appears to be faster and have a sharper picture. Only thing I don't like is it automatically starts programming which is annoying and I can't figure how to change it to manual programming start. It seems to have a mind of it's own which can be helpful but a pain as well.
