Non Functional Remote

I've had it a week or two now & even though I love what it's SUPPOSED to do, it doesn't always work. The remote is not working about half the time since the first few days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had my Roku for a couple of weeks now. I should have bought one a long time ago. Smart device sets ITSELF up pretty much. Great picture, easy to navigate. Everyone should have one.

Terrible Remote

Love the player but hate the remote. It has a cheap feel and must be pointed directly at the player to be usefull. I've two other Roku devices and the remotes were great. I am thinking of upgrading to the 3 for the remote.

Plugged it in. Turned on my TV. Selected my home network. Bang. done. Started finding the streaming sites I wanted to use right away. Directv will be gone from my home soon. Excellent product, easy to use and works perfectly.
