It is exactly as described, does exactly what I hoped it would, the customer service chat is exactly what it should be (customer...service), is exactly as easy to set up as the instructions imply, and is EXACTLY what I wanted!!!

Don't have much to compare it to, but it's a great device and has helped with "cutting the cord". I like the ability to search for something across all channels. The quick access buttons on the remote are great, but figured Hulu would be one of them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Should have bought the Roku first

Including the Roku I have bought 3 boxes in the last month. The most expensive one was the worst. That one was returned for a rerun. The other one is not the best but it does have some features I like so that one is in the living room and the Roku is in the bedroom

I waited a long time to buy the player because l didn't have the Internet and I didn't understand what a roku player was. Now that I do have both, I am really happy with it.
