Love it with Plex

Owned for about two weeks now, works great with Plex and is easy enough for my non-techie wife to use. One feature I would love would be the capability to customize the remote app buttons to something other than the defaults (I don't use Rdio for example).

I've only had the roku 2 for a couple of weeks and couldn't be happier with the results I'm still learning how to use and really experimenting. So far so good!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago. The Roku 2 shut down on me . I followed directions for a full day ,never could restart.Search the web ,nothing worked. Called the toll free number could not understand customer service. Second day I had my grand daughter to come over and finally got it back on. I moved phones etc. before calling in a younger brain. Hope this is not a predictor for my future with this Box....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My family was looking for an alternative to high cost satellite bills. We discovered Roku to be the incredible gateway that transported us to a new world of movies and entertainment choices that we were looking for.
