My son bought one and suggested it to me. BEST BUY I've made in a while.easy to use and just "LOADED" with all kinds of good viewing. I was so sick of cable Bill's going up & up. Now I don,'r even need cable !

Very easy step by step instructions. Took only a few minutes to setup. My only disappointment is that manufacturer does not recommend any connection other than hdmi and I only have one on my tv so I have to plug and unplug my device. Clear picture no distorted sounds. Very pleased!!!!

Easy Set-up

Had my Roku2 for a week and it crapped out. Wouldn't do anything. But I took it back to the store and they gave me a new one. I set it up and it's working great. My wife is really enjoying the movies. I guess the first player was just a fluke.

Fast but affordable

Making the switch from Directv customer to cord cutter and needed a streaming device for the house. I had a Roku stick but I wanted something I could hardwire instead of using it wireless. So far, the Roku 2 has done everything I expected. I mainly use it for Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon but planning on adding Sling Tv as well.

Only two problems

I really like everything about the Roku!
There are two areas that need improvement. The sound quality of all channels is inconsistent. Some of the shows you have to have the volume on 40-50 to hear, others the volume can be on 15.
I have experienced loss of signal a couple of times.
