Seems to be a good product but no good way to link with a home theatre / surround sound. My dvr (Dish network) only has one HDMI port so I have to listen to movies on the ROKU through my TV speakers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had heard about Roku and kept putting off getting one. Why did I wait so long??? Love it, just love it. Tons of shows, movies and more at your finger tips. You create your own viewing list...shows, movies, specials...LOVE IT!

I bought the Roku seeing as my friends and family were using it and can't be happier in my investment. I use it for different channels such as Netflix and PLEX. The design looks beautiful and I would recommend for everyone to get one. We have the Roku 2 and are very much pleased with the performance.

Lots of viewing options

I'm glad for financial reasons that I got rid of my cable company and purchased the Roku 2. Love all the channels, but miss channel surfing and watching live TV. I can't talk about shows the next day with coworkers and also miss my HGTV and Investigative Discovery channels.

I bought this for my mother to connect to an old TV for smart content and it is simple to use but missing avi codec is missing for watching avi home videos on a hard drive via usb

Impressive features

I bought my Roku about a week now, even though I was not sold on it, I said let me give it a shot and take it back to the store. Boy, I'm more than happy I kept it. These features are impressive plus its guaranteed to save me a whole lot of money. I would rate it a plus but I'm still learning the features.

Easy-peasey

Easy to set up - especially for this technosaurus! Sometimes technology wins the battle, but not this time. Love the product - - only problem is getting to the HDMI outlet on my t.v. Kinda frustrating. But all in all, I am very happy I purchased this product.
