Better than any smart tv

I now own two rokus. I purchased a smart tv thinking it would be the same or better than my roku. Boy was I wrong! The smart tv was much slower and didn't have nearly the same amount of options as the roku. I kept the smart tv for three days and then returned it. I got a larger screen flat screen tv and a roku for less than the smaller smart tv. The only thing "smart" about the smart tv was my returning it and buying another roku.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the Roku-2 especially since I dropped Charter and I use an indoor antenna and now Roku-2 and my internet provider is with my local phone service. not missing any of my channels plus so many more !!

I received this as a present and love it! So many free channels to choose from. Only downfall is that the remote doesn't have a backlight, but you can easily download the app for your cell phone and I wish it had HBO Go, but maybe they'll install it in the future!

I bought the Roku 2 instead of the 3 because I was not interested in the voice app. The 2 was so simple to set up! The options sure beat what I was getting with my cable and the price will pay for itself in a month or less

Been a Roku user for a long time. I have an old one in the garage I use as an internet radio. Also had one (XD) in the living room but it was a nuisance, requiring reboot frequently, losing wifi sometimes, and it was slow. New Roku 2 is great so far, a couple weeks). And fast!
