I purchased about 2 weeks ago to try and cut cable/TV costs and still enjoy all programs/movies available.

LOTS OF CHOICES

I love the Roku player . We seem to watch the channels on Roku much more than cable anymore. Our only complaint is that sometimes it freezes and you have to start over again. There are so many choices which we find very helpful.

Infrared remote

The new Roku 2 has infrared remove which is worse then an old Roku 2 that has electromagnetic waves remote which has a plug for headphones. The new Roku 2 does not have one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to set up and use!

This is my 2nd Roku Device. Bought one for my bedroom TV and then another for the one in the living room. As always, set up was very easy and everything was up and ready to go in a matter of minutes.

Great old and new progams and movies

I have Roku,Ilove recording my TV shows and watching them later with fast forward on commercials while watching Roku Movies and Old TV shows.
