Really nice new features

I replaced my old Roku 2 with a new Roku 2 and I am very pleased with my purchase. I like the new look and ease of use of the remote. Really a plus to have the Netflix and Amazon buttons. Loads a lot faster than my old Roku. If you don't have a smart TV then this is the only way to go.

I'm slowly cutting the cord so I've done a lot of research for a streaming device. I wanted the Roku stick but settled on the 2 thinking it might be a little faster. Try a lot faster. A whole lot faster. I can't imagine any device being faster as the speed is almost instantaneous. Set up is a breeze although there is a lot of info to plug in. Once past this everything is laid out in front of you. Just click and go. You'll be watching OITNB on Netflix(30 day free trial) in minutes.
I have not experienced any buffering issues other than sometimes scrolling through channels so fast the internet connection can't keep up. Imagine that...
I have since read that the 2 has been upgraded and has everything the 3 has except headphones and voice commands or something. The 2 is $20 to $30 less than the 3 so for once in my life I bought an item and made a great choice.

Got it a few days ago when we cut the cable. Was very easy to set up. So far it works very well. It will take weeks to go through the content options.

Able to watch Movies and Documentaries at my convenience. Very pleased with Roku 2 and all it provides. Much better than Roku 1.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it was very easy to set up with instructions included. Have had no problems with switching between TWC and Roku boxes. Excellent product!
