All that I need!

In the current climate of rising cable costs and long term contracts, I find that the Roku is all that I need. I want to pay for only what I am watching: I do not want to pay for packages that force me to pay for ridiculous channels that I or no one else ever watches. Roku is the ticket!

I discontinued our dish when we bought the Roku and we love it. We have not missed regular television at all....

I have not been able to access Netflix or Pandora as yet. I am still getting errors so I do not know how good the system is yet.

Expanding my viewing options.

I'm really pleased with my Roku, it's expanded our viewing options from what's available from our cable providers. However, I'm a bit disappointed, believing this would be an "out" from our cable bill, but for most Roku channels, you need to go through your cable or satellite provider to gain access. Never-the-less, the Roku's performance is great, tons of stuff to watch when you want to watch it, with little to no buffering issues.

I previously owned a Roku1 for several years. I hadn't been happy with it's performance for quite a while, so I decided to upgrade to the Roku2. It is SO much faster! The picture on my tv is great now. I had had trouble with some providers having to reload many times during a program. That is no longer a problem. I wish I had upgraded a long time ago!

The new Roku 2 is the only Roku you should buy. It is quick and better and easier than ever to use.
