It's been a great addition to my choices and selection. Only thing that bothers me is the lack of sensitivity from the remote control that comes with the unit. I have almost stopped using it altogether because it gets backlogged and stuck and won't recognize the signal. I do much better with the downloadable app that is on my phone and tablet and use that most of the time.

Love our Roku!

We recently cancelled our cable television and installed our Roku. We love it. We can watch the programs we want to watch at our convenience. When we open Roku it reminds us of programs we have watched recently in case we want to continue watching the series. It is easy to navigate and easy to select your favorites. We could watch programming all day every day for years and years and never see all that Roku has to offer.

The best kept secret in the world

I wish I knew about this a few years ago because I could of saved enough money to purchase a nice car. It is really a crime that these cable companies are charging for TV programs, especially when Roku offers so much more for such a very little investment. I love this system because it really give me far more options than I ever got with the cable companies. Now I can get exactly what I want to watch, and without 5 minutes of commercials every 10-15 minutes while watching a program on cable. There are so many free options that I'm still searching them, 5 days after I purchased my Roku.

Easy to use.

I love the opening line on the operating manual, "you can do this". As an older person I feel somewhat technically challenged, that line have me the confidence to do it. It was hard to break away from cable TV but Roku made it seem doable for me. Thanks.
