I purchased a Roku two years ago when I decided to get rid of cable television and couldn't have been happier. Just last month we purchased a second. Even with the xbox one and ps4 my first choice is to still navigate through the Roku thanks to its smooth interface and easy to use features. I highly recommend it. While we have cable once again, we only have it in one room and all others have rokus.

Bye bye cable/satellite. Asked me to have control over what's on my TV and no more inappropriate commercials popping up when my kids are watching.

i bought this about 3 weeks ago and i really enjoy being able to pull up netflix hulu plus and pandora with the push one button its easy to set up and operate i am a grandmother and i did it by myself thanx roku for making this very assessible

My hesitation for purchasing the Roku 2 was that my Smart TV has all the apps. But once I purchased the Roku 2 I realized the apps load so much faster and the shows/movies run seamlessly. I know some people have problems with the Roku 2 remote, I have had no problems at all.
