My experience with streaming video is less than satisfying. I continue to experience "loading" messages during some shows.

Great Product, So-So Documentation

Really nice product with great quality. I already had access to most of these "channels" through my Sony Blu-Ray. But even with my uVerse high speed internet connection, I would get pauses and buffering. Not with Ruku. Smooth streaming of both audio and video. However, the documentation only addresses a basic setup showing a HDMI connection to the TV. No reference of connecting the HDMI to a surround-sound receiver which is the preferred way to take advantage of the Dolby 5.1 audio provided on many of the "channels."

I am extremely happy with the Roku2 I purchased. It is very easy to use and navigate through the menu features. Adding channels is easy and there is so much to do on it.

Super easy install &setup. Needs global search

The installation and setup of my roku was super easy. I had it up and working quickly. I've been using it for a few weeks now and the one thing I wish it had was a global search. For example, if I want to watch The Godfather I'd like to be able to search for it and see which services offer it and at what price.

I have 2 roku's and we love them! Everything in one little box, Netflix, Hulu plus, TWC, Sports, News, Family TV for the children and more.

A friend suggested this since I'm on the go a lot and don't watch a lot of television. And my cable company was just making money off of me at this point. I am so happy I bought this. It has saved me a substantial amount of money every month.

Easy to use but you need to know your pin number, and beware that many apps are pay-for-view only!!!! other than that, this little device was really a great replacement feature when my smart TV lost its smart features!!!!
