Can't get it to work with my new ArrisTG1572

Could not get it to connect to the wifi network on my new Arris TG1572. Fortunately that modem/router has an Ethernet port on the back that I plugged my old Linksys router into. Connected to that network fine. Once connected seems to work ok.

No more cable

Very happy with roku, cable was getting way to expensive. Roku has almost same service for a quarter of what I was paying for cable

We bought a Roku 2 fir our living room and a Roku 1 for our bedroom. Glad to be free of cable.

Good box, poor support

I bought my box a few weeks ago and it was the next day before I could actually use it. I had to call support because I couldn't get payment info to save in my account. There was no error, it just didn't work. I called support and they had me do what I tried all over again. I was finally directed to a different site that would bypass the payment info. It still asked me twice to enter the info even after I tried to skip it. The box works fine now that the account is set up. Had to get a different form of payment because it still won't accept the payment method I wanted to use.

Best decision for streaming entertainment

I've had the roku for only a couple of weeks and love that I can get the shows and movies I want without all the added unused channels of cable TV.

i like my Roku2 so far. I wish it had more movie channels. Also think it would be cool to have channel guide for all the channels you download.

Great Freatures

Overall the features are great the only problem I had was the remote on the Roku. And that's just a personal preference. The issue with the remote was that it worked properly it's directly facing the Roku console. I am upgrading to a 3.

Bought a Roku 2 to replace a Roku 3 that stopped working. Like the Roku 2 a lot better as far as remote interface.
