Updated and improved Processor is a plus

We have owned a Roku 2 for over 3 years and found the device a great investment. We decided to purchase another Roku 2 and place the new one in the main family room and move the second one to another room. We appreciate the faster processor on the newer Roku 2. The Roku 2 will be part of our gift giving this Christmas.

No more reloading

Every night at 9:30pm, our old Roku would interrupt whatever we were watching to reload. Sometimes it did this 2 or 3 times. No more! Our Roku 2 is quicker, clearer and does not constantly need to reload! The only downside to the purchase is that all of the "free" apps are really just hidden sales opportunities. I was disappointed to waste my time registering only to find the "opportunity to rent/buy." If I could dump all of the apps, I would. Otherwise, this is a great product.

Got a Roku 2 as a present. Really easy to install and get up and running. Takes a little while to know how to use the website and search for channels and content but not a major problem. Connected easily into my Amazon prime account.

We purchased two Roku 2's once we learned how many fabulous channels were available. We are a bit older and not great with technology....Roku is so quick and easy to set up I wish I would have done it sooner!
