I want to love it and do really like it, but....

First the good, so much faster then any other streaming device that I have ever used. I pretty much like everything about it but one important part to me and that's the very poor consistency or reliability of the remote control. Sometimes works well and other times doesn't work at all. I have tried everything from pointing the remote two inches from the Roku to replacing the batteries and nothing makes a difference. I'm not sure if I got a bad one or if this is what the other reviews I have read are experiencing. I'm returning it and will be getting the Roku 3. With the point anywhere remote, I'm hopeful that the remote issues will be resolved and I will be able to enjoy my Roku trouble free.

I enjoy that I can watch older TV shows, the newest in movies, etc BUT I have a hard time finding the shows, movies, etc that I want to see....

Sooooooo easy to use and very easy set up! I completely got rid of cable tv and added Netflix and Hulu. It's saving me $90 per month! LOVE IT!

Really like having a real remote in my hand and not a cell phone, e.g., just pausing a movie to answer the phone was all but impossible. Easy to set up and get it going; unit looks nice. Disappointed with Netflix and Amazon Prime movie selections but that is not really Roku's fault.
