Roku 3 is better

Spend the extra money and buy Roku 3. I have both Roku 2 and 3 in different rooms. The Roku 3's remote can be pointed in any direction and it works. The new Roku 2's remote is very picky where you point it. And the receiver must be pointed at the remote. If I have the remote and move to the other side of the room, I must first turn the receiver to point over there. I hate that part. I should have bought another Roku 3
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There is nothing about this device that I like: the s/w, the way the Roku s/w interacts with the Netflix s/w, the remote. I have stopped using it, have gone back to the Roku I, which works just fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
