Love the Roku in General but...

i have had it hooked up for a week now and every day i get home from work and try to access my shows i get a purple message that says CONTENT NOT AUTHORIZED...no matter what i'm trying to access Hulu, Netflix etc...I have to unplug it every day to get it to work...not what i am used to for Roku... still love Roku but slightly disappointed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good App but bad remote

I have been using a ROKU 3 with the RFID type of remote which does not need it to be pointed at the ROKU to control the apps. The Roku2 remote is a Infrared type remote and has to be pointed towards the Roku in order to manage the apps and to control it. Also the buttons on the remote are way too hard and not as flexible as the Roku 3 remote. I dont understand why the difference in the remotes? I wish I had gotten a second Roku 3 instead of a Roku2.

Horrible internet function with wifi.

I have had this product 2 months and it has never run properly on a wifi connection. It needs a dedicated Ethernet line and I don't have one. I tried to run it off of my hotspot and it would say connected, but nothing would load and it did the same thing using my phone as a hotspot. And using my phone I can run my computer and my xbox. This product isn't worth your money unless you have a Ethernet connection. I would return it if I could.

I have only tried to watch netflix so far and haven't had much success. It will only download about 25% of the movies. I'm dissapointed.

EVERYTIME that I turn go to Roku on my tv and go to ANY station it gives me this message: HDCP unauthorized. Content disabled. I called in about this and they told me that this happens quite often and had me unplug the Roku from my tv and unplug the Roku power cord and wait for 2 minutes. Then I have to plug and reconnect everything and then Roku works fine. I have to do this EVERYTIME that I go to Roku and it is VERY FRUSTRATING!!! If it keeps this up I will return it. By the way, beside this when it is working, it works great. Just frustrating.
