First Time Streaming

I bought my Roku 2 about a month ago and have been happy with it so far. The only issue that I have had is sometimes during a show, it will show a circle that says "loading",which can be a bit irritating. Once, I had to stop it and unplug everything and then start it back up. I'm assuming this is maybe because of an issue happening with my wireless connection. Other than that, it's pretty cool.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had been having some difficulty with the Roku stick staying connected to my wireless internet. Well, I bought the Roku 2, mainly due to the price being slightly cheaper than the 3. I am so glad I did! I use the Ethernet cable to keep from having to use the wireless and haven't had an issue AT ALL. It also send to respond faster. And once I logged in, all the channels/subscriptions I already has were uploaded onto it so I didn't have to download everything again.
I did have to enter the codes from the screen to the respective places online, but that was only a minute thing.
Now, the remote that comes with it feels cheap like the first remote that came with the stick. I ordered a remote for the stick that was much more substantial and, happily, it works for the 2 as well. All in all, a wonderful purchase and if definitely recommend!

Nice Upgrade

We moved up from a older Roku model to the new Roku 2 and it's awesome. Much faster and picture is great.

Everything It promises

I bought this a few weeks ago in order to cancel my cable. It works just the way it should, plus more. It is much more user-friendly than using my smart-tv or blu-ray player for streaming services.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am some what satisfied, but it is frustrating that programming has to reload and retrieve the data right in the middle of a program.

Smooth and fast but.....

Had my Roku 2 for a couple of weeks now and its streaming qualities are unsurpassed, but the remote (IR blaster) is totally weak. Sometimes I have to walk right up to the box to get it to work. VERY frustrating! Such a great product is dragged down by a sub par user experience with the remote.
I would recommend this to a friend!
