Decided to upgrade

We have a Roku Hd in our bedroom so when I started fixing up my basement as a party room I knew I wanted another Roku, We don't play a lot of games so the idea of a Roku 3 was a bit much so I went with the 2 and it really is lightning fast and I love the 1080p resolution

I learned about the Roku from a shuttle driver on the way home from the airport and I am thrilled with it. We have spent every evening watching a new movie or tv series and enjoy it immensely!

Great new features!

I own a Roku 2 from 2014 and needed a new one for another TV. I was pleased to learn about the improved specs in this year's model. However, will miss the capability of connecting earphones that last year's model had (now only available in the Roku 3).

Works well on all my sets except an LG that, when not in use, still pulls a few watts of power. Similar to all the Roku devices that are never really off. On the LG set, the Roku will only function for about ten minutes. The stick, however, will work on all sets!

Very happy with my new Roku. Only thing I don't like is the remote is very touchy and you need to really face it towards the player or it won't work. Seems like I also should be closer which is a problem.

I have had the Roku for three weeks and keep asking myself why didn't I do this sooner. Found set-up were easy and there is so much to explore. Very happy so far.

took forever to get Comcast to do their part ( 9 phone calls to find someone who understood what Comcast needed to do) once that was done it was very simple. Had to use ROKU tech support to determine it was Comcast issue.
