I have an LT and an XS so I really didn't need a new one but wanted to navigate You Tube faster and not have to be so careful where I point the remote. You Tube is definitely easier and I pointed the remote at various spots in the area and the player responded. Netflix now looks like it does online which is more interesting than just the tiles. I don't like the changes to the remote. The * (settings) key, which I rarely use is were the >> key that I often use was so that's a great big grrrr. And what's up with the four pre-programmed buttons? I don't use the bottom two but I didn't use the Crackle and Pandora buttons either. Can't you give us programmable buttons like a regular tv remote? That way I could set them to the channels I want.

We love our Roku2. It was extremely easy to install. We installed it on an older Samsung TV and are really enjoying the extra channels we are able to receive. We also installed Hulu and Acorn, Pandora as well as You Tube with ease. The remote is also very simple and easy to operate.

We heard about your products just a few weeks ago and purchased the Roku player the next day. We are really enjoying it, especially MLB.TV and Pandora and other channels. We are very pleased with it.
