Great little box!

We just bought this because we ditched cable. While we do have smart TV's, we got this so we could watch CBS All Access easily. But I love this so much more than using the smart features on my TV. It works well, it's easy to access (easier than the smart features on my TV) and connects, downloads without any lags. I want a Roku for every room now.

The ROKU 2 device is really great providing access to NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, HULU etc. There are bugs with the device though that require occasional restarts to correct.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When the wireless part of the BR/DVD player started to cough and sputter, we went looking for a new one. Well, the pickings were sparse, since the store was waiting for a new-fangled model to arrive. We opted for the Roku, hoping without cause that the player would soldier on. Though the configuration was just a tad on the enigmatic side, once it was settled in and configured it was faster than instant gratification. Ease of navigation and speed are its two greatest features. I'm enjoying my Roku.

Good product but...

I got rid of my original Roku because of buffering/reloading problems. I'm hoping that getting the newer Roku 2 and a new modem will alleviate this problem. Everything else about the Roku I love! I can watch what I want to watch when I want to watch it.
