I have been having so uch trouble with my Roku 2. I have chatted a few times . I get a purple screen .So everytime I use it I go to what I want to watch and then I need to unplug it and start over again.

We have only been able to watch about 2 movies, it will not load. It is not our internet it works beautifully on every other device we have.

I bought this just after Christmas. Every time I try to watch something I get HDCP unauthorized. Content disabled. Sucky product.

I took it back after 2 days of use.. The remote didn't work properly and there were no solutions to make it do so..

Bought it for christmas and can't get it to work - stations won't load - re booting doesn't help. Should be easier set up than this - frustrated and returning unit for refund.

ROKU - an Alternative?!?

So far I'm not impressed. It constantly asks me to activate channels that are supposed to be free. Why must I have an account with a cable provider in order to activate NBCsn for instance? No real alternative for me - that's for sure.

I bought to replace older roku that would not play Netflix. New unit does not play Netflix either. Everything else works.
