Bought this to upgrade my Samsung to a smart tv. Also to be able to get Acorn tv and watch all my favorite British shows. Simple set up and easy navigation. My Netflix and Amazon Instant video connected almost automatically..just entered password once. Great to have everything on one screen...l love it!

Convenience

I like that I have all my streaming in one easy to access place. Don't have to wait for the ps3 to load or have to deal with how the APS run through my TV. The only reason for only giving four stars would be jamming it seems that after a few hours of use the roku or the ap I am using jams up and everything has to be shut down. Other wise I live it.

Easy to use

My son gave me the Roku 2 and set it up for me in about 5 minutes. It was literally plug and play. Previously I used a wireless DVD player. The Roku 2 provides more searching capabilities and is much easier to manage. It is as easy as using a TV remote.
