I purchased this just to be able to have the BBC channels. But I found that it has more then what expected. I have downloaded the TWC channels and can have live news in the morning and can watch while on the treadmill or stay in bed with my morning coffee. I have recommended it to my friends. Enjoy it very much. I may purchase a second for my living room.

We bought this primarily for NetFlix and YouTube, but also for some custom channels not available on other Smart TV devices. The menus are very easy to use, and picture is very good. We bought the Roku 2 because we did not need the features of the higher-end Rokus. The iPhone YouTube app integration with Roku is a very cool feature.

easy to set up

I just bought this a week ago. The set up was very easy however I am having difficulty with the sound. If you have a surround sound system and your receiver is not set up with an HDMI, you will not get sound to play. Unfortunately my receiver does not have a HDMI output so it won't work with it...now buying a sound bar.
