I'm so happy I decided to purchase the Roku 2 (2015 model). I hooked it up to my access point via ethernet cable and everything runs so fast and smooth. I highly recommend it for streaming as I was in awe seeing videos load up quickly and in high quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quite a big bang for the buck!

I bought this a few weeks ago as Cable was strangling my budget with adding useless channels I didn't want and charging for the same. Very quick to set up even though I am tech savvy, I feel that almost anyone would be able to do it with ease. Love the access to the TV shows that got canned by some 'expert' that I enjoyed, as well as long-gone series, and of course the latest shows as well. Didn't need some of the bells and whistles, and it hasn't hindered my enjoyment at all. Love the updated processor speed more!

I brought my Roku 2 several weeks ago, i found it easy to set up. I was guite happy with it and Net Flicks. However i wanted to get the NFL SUNDAY TICKET , I was unable to get with out getting Direct TV. IF i wanted Direct TV i would of signed up for it, and that was what i wanted most. So for me it was a waste of money. JOHN SOROCCO

We decided to try the switch to streaming with no cable. So far so good. The Roku was relatively easy to set up. The instructions could be more detailed. The internet does have plenty of how to videos to check out however. The Roku 2 works fine and the streaming is pretty seamless with 25 mpbs. The only real issue I ran into was the screen as it was displayed on my television screen. Tabs and left and right screen print was off the page. It took buying a copy of the original Sylvania TV remote to solve this but once it arrived it was easy to fix this issue. I would definitely recommend this device.
