We just bought ours and it won't rewind. It freezes and says it's reloading but then goes back to the main page. Then we try to click to resume watching and it won't play. We have to sign out and sign back in. It's a hassle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

when I first bought one I loved it for myself. I was telling my mom about it and she said no way I wont beable to figure it out. So I bought her one and hooked it all up and guess what..She loves it and she has no problems using it.

This is my second Roku streamer, I bring one along whenever we travel and it never lets me down. It's super reliable and fast!

Easy with a large variety of choices

I bought this two weeks ago and it was pinched to set it up. The picture is beautiful and there are a variety of channels to choose from. Much better than Roku TV or any smart TV since the software doesn't get outdated in a year.

I've had my ROKU for about a month with no problems! So far I only use the Netflix channel but it's very fast and easy. I had concerns about having to point the remote directly at the ROKU but as long as the remote is in the direction of the ROKU it work! Love love love it!!
