Tough to tell. Having trouble with connecting

A lot of reviews indicated that connection was easy. I messed with it for a few hour to no avail kept getting message Roku server was down or something like that. Will probably just set it off to the side and going back t chromecast or look at Apple TV

Good product, I owner three of this roku ,but one of the roku is dying on me .Roku XD it won't play the message is unauthorized conten on screen , don't what's mean ?

I am not a "techie" person so it was a great joy to find this player was so easy to set up ! Works great and very affordable.

I've had my Roku2 for a few months now and I couldn't be more pleased! I've used Apple TV, TiVo and Chromecast and they're all lacking. Roku does it right...the all channel search is amazing, the headphone jack on the remote is so nice and the overall user experience is unbeatable and frustration free. I love my Roku!!

I've had it for a few weeks and love it. My 5 year old smart TV wasn't loading up apps so good so I now use this in place of it.

Features OK, Using it stinks

Hard to use, takes a LOT of key clicks and have to wait through pauses constantly while things happen. 3 clicks to get from the end of a movie back to My List instead of one as with the old versions. Writing and images on screen got smaller and hard to read where the old was was better but not great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
