I have had several of these devices over time and the updated model 2 is a great improvement in speed and stability. The others worked well, certainly better than other brands I have tried, but this has a real advantage regarding response time. Makes the process much more user-friendly.

I love this thing! While I do use some of the featured channels like Netflix and Amazon Prime, I use this most with my Plex channel. It's easy enough to use that my technologically challenged wife can use it. :) I would rate it excellent except from time to time it has to be rebooted. Not sure why. Could be my connection ?? Overall, great tool.

This is absolutely the best move I have made since purchasing my first CD player way, way back then. Easy to use! And with Roku 2 I have access to many FREE entertainment sites w/ both movies and TV content.

I have been without netflix for months because Playstation died. My son told me to get a roku. Should have much earlier.
