So beautifully simple and efficient

I bought Roku 2 because my previous streaming device always had slow processing issues. Roku 2 has made my streaming experience as smooth as watching cable TV. No more picture muddening, or buffering, or muffled audio.

This is my second Roku 2 because I decided I couldn't live without Breaking Bad in the family room. I love this player. It's easy to set up, simple to use, and I don't know how I got along without one.

MKV support lacking - no sound

its 2015 MKV container should work for all audio modes. this was well know and my fault for not looking it up before I purchased. i'll keep this Roku for my older TVs and netflix type viewing instead. disappointed.

I had the 1st Roku device for a long time and decided to move on to the Roku 2, I love it! It has great features very easy to find the way around .

Not as advertised

You have to pick out what you want to watch on computer first for Netflix, which is not how it is advertised. Virtually all the other channels you have to either pay for or watch commercials. Fairly worthless product.

Great but still lacking

I bought it as an alternative to paying for cable especially when 20 channels are $79. I love this streaming player except the fact I have to repeatedly press the button on Netflix to play anything but I don't mind lol.

Got this a few weeks ago and have had issues with staying connected to my wireless even thought it says the signal is excellent!!
