This device is an awesome tool to add to your tv! This particular model was extremely easy to set-up...took all of about 5 minutes! And we have loved Roku for several years. We 've been using it on our tv at home and the one at our lake cabin. It makes watching Netflix, Amazon, Acorn, etc. so convenient. Our players have never had problems and they are very easy to operate. I highly recommend this product!

Solid Streaming device

Overall a great product with a bunch of options. Having fast internet is crucial as things don't work great if the connection isn't fast. Only have had issues with the picture turning purple and stating image cannot be displayed a couple times. This was resolved by unplugging and re-plugging in the Roku 2 to reset the picture. I will be even more happy once we can get our internet speed bumped. Purchased this device in an effort to cancel our DirecTv since cable/satellite is not worth the money any more.

Very easy to set up and use

This is my second streaming device and I bought it so I can watch British programs. I set it up myself and I usually shy away from technology but it was very easy. It's also easier to use than the other streaming device I have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worth the Patience

After purchasing the Roku 2 and connecting it for the first time, it took 3 attempts at getting the Code to take. Once in, it is almost overwhelming as to the choices one has. Some of the channels require entering different codes, which is a hassle, but as I suggest, it well worth the patience to get through it all.

Great for the Whole Family

There was a great deal on this Roku 2 upgrade. Once I plugged it in it picked up my Internet and then a very short setup process and I was ready to go. This unit is speedy to deliver and doesn't take up the room my laptop use to. I am real happy with this product.
