Easy access to all streaming accounts

I don't have cable, so I bought the Roku 2 and it makes it really easy to watch Netflix and I was even offered 3 free months of Hulu! The only annoying thing is sometimes when an episode is over, the screen goes black for a good 5 minutes, so I have to hit the Home button and find my show again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better than expected

After a year with chromecast (1st generation ) and constant wifi drops, I decided to give roku 2 a try. Needless to say I have been very impressed, it's definitely worth the price

No off button, Annoying Light!! - otherwise great

Bought the Roku 2 for the bedroom TV......there is no off button, and the power light always displays......unless you like a built in "night light" it's an annoyance. I am thinking about switching to the stick just so I can hide the unit.

I've got one set up and one to go. However due to holidays, have not had much opportunity to watch. I'm very anxious to get started as there are several things I want to see....House of Cards. I've heard it is soooo good.

I enjoy the fact that I can purchase only the channels in am interested in and saves me money compared to package deals that all the cable and satellite providers offer.

I've had my Roku 2 for a few weeks and it is great! It's fast and easy to use. The only thing that could improve was that it didn't come with an hdmi cord and I had to make an extra trip to the store to get the cord. Otherwise the product is fantastic!!
