Had Vizio, Chromecast and WDTV, none compare to ease of use, setup and content availability as well as great updates. Awesome!

This is the second Roku we purchased. It was a replacement for a wifi box of a different brand we had tried. Much better performance

I got this for Christmas. I have a Smart tv and do a lot of streaming. The tv was doing ok but had read so much about Roku I decided I wanted to give it a try. It's awesome....totally awesome. Easy to install. Easy to use. Amazing picture. So far.....I love it and would recommend it to everyone.

Great features but "searches" throughout programs

A Christmas present. Great features at great cost. Frustrating that throughout playing selected programs , stops as it " uploads" during the show ..Lasts up to 4-5 minutes about 6 times in a 45 minute show. Wish this could be remied...

I got it for Christmas and have only used it once so far because it is on my upstairs TV. but it is WAY easier than using a Wii to get Netflix and Amazon. I'm looking forward to trying out more of the options.

Good program selection

I received the Roku 2 as an Xmas gift. I followed the setup instructions and it would not work. I called your customer service for assistance but I did not receive any help. After a couple hours of trials on my own, I did finally get the product to work. It is vital that you emphasize that the HDMI cable must be connected to the proper HDMI port. I have to disconnect the HDMI connection for my cable TV and connect the Roku HDMI cable to my HDMI input port. I wish that I could just change the HDMI connecting cable from the Roku 2 remote.
