Not worth it

Connectivity issues have limited my use. While my connection is fine for Netflix, PS3, and Internet browsing, Roku cannot keep up. Plus the movies that are available are unheard of straight-to-DVD flops that are not worth watching anyway. I'll stick with Netflix and cable.

Love my Rokus, but this one is behaving poorly

I bought the Roku 2 a few weeks ago. Unlike the other four I own, this one failed a number of times during setup. Once I got it going, it seemed to be OK but now it frequently freezes during playback (on several channels) and reboots itself. It's tolerable but kind of inconvenient.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not happy with this unit at all if I purchased all the programming I wanted it would cost more than cable TV.

Smooth Fast TV streaming

Very happy with Roku 2 the remote makes it super easy and effortless to use. Streamming is way faster than my google chrome! And unlike the chrome i never get the dreaded loading circle!

Easy interface

I hace bien using Roku for the last month, I was expecting free commercial TV,that's not the case, there is plenty movies to watch (old movies) nothing that you can not find on the internet, the only problem is that they place to many commercials and offer you to buy commercial free or new movies , what's the case to pay that much for something you can get for free, get a tablet and a cable to connect it to your TV and save yourself some money.

Easy to setup

I purchased this the day after Christmas and I'm very happy with the product. It was very easy to setup and works well with my Sling TV subscription. Also, I liked the trial offers for Showtime, HBO and some others.

Works great but problems with security

Bought this a week ago, I did an out of the box set up and a week after I bought it I was in the middle of watching a movie and all of a sudden my upstairs neighbors miracasted their android device to my screen, he was trying to connect to his firestick. He was not on my network, I am an IT professional. Something needs to be done about that. No one should just be able to cast to any listening device without being on the same network.

Easy to use, hooked up to wifi without a problem. We now have more choices without the expense of satellite. I recommend this unit to everyone.
