Worst product I've ever owned.

Screen goes blank almost every other days during streaming videos, plus sometime it malfunction when press a button the roku light blink but nothing happens, each time it malfunction I've to unplug the power to reset, very inconvenience. I've a one years old Sony brava 4k tv.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was given to me as a Christmas gift and I could not be happier! It was easy to set up and use. I was watching things from my Roku 2 within a few minutes of opening the box, and it freed up my computer since I did not need to connect it to the TV any longer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

this unit is a great improvement over the Roku 11 the speed is very fastr for down loads and the selection of channels is wonderful.

My daughter gave this to me as a Christmas present. Last year I received an Apple. Getting the Roku set up was a nightmare! Once setup, with help from Roku and finally from my cable company, it is working well.

Had to change to an earlier model

Bought this over and over again in order to be satisfied, and was not until I changed the model. Some questions answered below are dependent on my dissatisfaction with the Roku 3. Some are answered on the performance of the Roku 2.
