Much less responsive than I had hoped

I traded in my Roku HD, due to the need to reset on a regular basis. I was very unimpressed with the new Roku 2 that I received for Christmas. It required a reset after every settings change. I had to try at least 2 times to make any change including typing in my wifi password. I also find the UI to be slow to respond.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sold on Roku

We had a Roku in our bedroom, but streaming through our DVD player on our main TV. We were frustrated because it took forever to connect through the DVD player and often had to reboot. Streaming is a breeze with Roku and it is easy to operate. Installation was easy and quick.

I got the roku 2 for Christmas so I would have something to watch Netflix on, but it has so many other features as well! It is also very small and portable which is great. My brother loves it so much he bought one for himself. I would definitely recommend this to anyone; it's so easy to use.

Upgraded Roku

I finally upgraded my Roku to number 2 from the original model ad am very glad that I did. The speed is greatly improved. I always thought that it my my internet but found out that it was the Roku.
