I'm very pleased with the Roku2. It's fast connecting and excellent streaming quality. I went with this one instead of the streaming stick because the reviews were so good for the Roku 2 and not quite as good for the stick.

My 2nd Roku. I watch sports on Sling and my kids use it for Netflix. It's great.

inadequate setup instructions

unless you know to use your TV remote to change to whatever component input you have hooked the Roku to, you'll never see any on-screen instructions. Till you go to Troubleshooting, that important bit isn't mentioned. I have a range extender in my long house and it does work well, no buffering issues. Needs to offer more than it does.

Love it, the fact it does not try and make your choices for is great. Tech is great but people still know what they like. Quality picture, I thought my TV was broke the picture was so clear.
