This is a replacement for Chromecast by my son. I've set up some channels which is a real bear - it seems that half of all channels require a login when being added. Also, many "free" channels are only free for a trial period. There should be three categories: Free, Subscription, and Trial period. All in all, once you get past the cumbersome setup of channels then it's OK.

My Roku 2 was a Christmas present from my daughter. It is working perfectly, and I enjoy it so much. So many channels and such interesting documentaries.

We recently upgraded our streaming device with the new Roku2 and WOW, I mean WOW! The set up truly is so easy a caveman can do it and within a few minutes after plugging it in we were off to a whole new world of viewing. They advertise an additional 2000 channels (not sure, did not try and count) but there are so many new channels available for every lifestyle. Definitely recommend!

I bought this because the tv in the bedroom is not wifi. I love it! It streams beautifully and is easy to use. Well worth it!

Just bought this two weeks ago still learning all my options.
I like the fact it is one time purchase, then add what I want.
I like that I get news not thrilled that it is all left of center (Huffington Post, etc.).
I am still learning all the ins and outs.
