The Roku itself is great I am very happy with all the choices, I upgraded from the streaming stick to the Roku 2.However the tech support leaves a lot to be desired.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roku 2 and HDCP

Well I believe my Roku 2 will work fine once I work through the HDCP issues. My current TV is not HDCP compliant and therefore I cannot use my Roku. On New Years Eve my TV was shut down due to noncompliance. So I cannot use my HDMI connections until I get a newer TV that is HDCP compliant. Because of that I have to use a component connection that does not allow me to use my Roku. It would have been nice to know of this issue so that I could have made plans to revise my system. I guess that would be too much to ask.

Easy set-up.

This was to replace an earlier Roku2 that finally gave up the ghost. Ver easy to install and set-up. If you're looking for a basic connection for your TV and your home network, this is just the ticket.

I have friends that have Roku, and they love it. I finally got rid of cable, and got one myself, and I couldn't be happier with it!

bought my parents a roku a few years ago and was impressed, so I decided to get my own for christmas this year and I have not been disappointed. Great product
