Better than a smart TV

Received this as a Christmas gift from one of my sons. It's a great gift; and one I have wanted to buy after a few months of research. I have been watching Netflix on a computer but it is a much better experience on a 50" TV. It was easy to set-up and has worked perfectly. I use it on a home wireless network.

I found the system that got all my streaming channels on one media box. HBONow, Hulu, Netflix & Amazon, plus it offers more free channels than my AppleTV offered.

Awesome Selection

Recently I visited my retired mother - she had a Roku box so I played around with it a little. I was impressed with the ease of use and the selection/choice. When I returned home, I went out and got a Roku 2 - I could not be happier with it - on top of the free apps I have added NetFlix and Hulu - absolutely love the Roku

No cable bill...woooohoooo! I have found FREE channels on which I can watch anything I want and radio channels, too. Roku is easy to set up, easy to operate and the little pod is much more pleasing to the eye than that old dinosaur of a cable receiver. I am a VERY HAPPY camper! Roku, you rock!

Works as advertised. I'm using it wireless without any problems. Lots of free and paid channels to choose from. Don't forget you need a HDMI cable.

Great Streaming Experice

I bought a Roku2 in October 2015 for my living room TV and bought a second Roku2 in December 2015 for my bedroom. The app choices, the streaming quality, and overall experience has been superior. I wish I would have bought a Roku2 a long time ago!
