I bought this because on my old ROKU I had to keep unplugging it because it wouldn't let me go into the selections. I still have to do that with this new one. Very frustrated!

I started using the Roku 2 a few months ago. I have been having issues with it from day one. It seems to be very slow loading and when streaming. It's always a step behind.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had my roku a month. Love it my daughtor who 1 can wach all the sofia. Chuggington ect she want and movies i can watch my anime and fav tv shows ncis zoo ect it worth it. It lot better than cable $$$$.00 bill for nothing good on tv but re runs. Tons to watch. Easy use. Acan use phone as remote and pick shows. Tap and wa la it play on tv. Ibcan watch on my phone on lunch break it amazing

I purchased the Roku 2 for a second TV. I bought a Roku 2 a few years ago and have nothing but good to say about. It still runs like a champ. The new one, on the other hand, runs well. By comparison to the old Roku 2, the remote is very cheap feeling and unbalanced. Plus, you have to be directly in front of the Roku for the remote to work. I much prefer the original.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great buy for the money and easy to use

I've had my Roku player for about a.month now and I love it. I only wish I would have done away with cable and purchased one a long ago. After reading several reviews on it and the Amazon Fire stick I decided to purchase the Roku because it seemed to have few problems that the Fire. I highly recommend this priduct and actually will be purchasing another one for my son's tv.

We bought our fist about a year ago and have loved it ever since ! We purchased another for the bed room and one for my work shop. We have a smart TV but the Roku has availability to far more apps. One word of advise however if you need help call the number on the packaging Do not call the number that may pop up on the screen.
