My husband bought me a Roku2 for my birthday/Christmas present. It was easy to set up and easy to learn. I just love it! Like I said, IT'S THE BEST THING SINCE CHOCOLATE!

The Roku 2 is very easy to set up and operate. It has a variety of streaming options and can be tailored to fit anyone's needs.

Overheats due to lack of ventilation/heatsink. Locks up and has to be rebooted by unplugging from wall and replugging, likely due to poor processor or previously mentioned overheating. No wired internet connection (wi fi only).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love everything about ROKU 2

I never wanted to get a streaming player because I have a PC/laptop bluray etc that an treat Netflix and other channels I'm a member of I wanted to get Apple TV but after testing it at a friends house the ROKU 2 was literally a no brainier best of all is so fast and has ever frozen or restarted by itself as some other products I own I'm already thinking of getting a couple more of this to have in each room.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this thing! So easy to set up and use right out of the box very intuitive. I now can enjoy watching internet content on the big screen - much better than viewing on computer, tablet or laptop. Rented a couple of movies and the quality was great and no buffering or other issues.
