Fastest streaming!

I have the streaming stick, also bought the SE for my older TV. When I bought the new ROKU 2, I expected great things. Very disappointed in the fact that now, I have no surround sound. Pretty bad when the upgraded software will only let you have surround, if you have a Dolby Digital + receiver! Plugged the faithful ROKU stick back in, and it updated to the new software! Now it has the same problem. Thanks ROKU, for selling a product that is not properly labeled as to what you will need to hear surround sound! Buyer Beware, know what your getting before you buy.

Handy Streamer.

I have two Roku 2's and two Roku TV's at this point. Very handy for accessing streaming apps. Remote controls convert to universals for convenient controls. Device has thousands of apps with tons of free content. Also has a robust list of "hidden" apps available for the savvy user. Sophisticated enough for specific use, yet simple enough for my 6 yr old child. Highly recommend.

Very Easy to use and great free channel apps

This was a family Christmas present as we recently moved to an area that doe not offer cable service and did not like the inconsistency of satellite and weather. So far we couldn't be happier, there are lots of free movies, and great free apps for the kids. Our goal was to have reasonable entertainment options for a lower price then cable, this had done a great job in meeting and exceeding those expectations. Only down fall is the remote is small so it is often ending up in the couch.

I got this for the reason that I could get nick jr and Disney jr. The only problem that I would have to say is that it doesn't have the tv provider that I need for one of them.

I bought this in hopes that it was a great and actual working product...You can't get FB to connect...most of the movies free stations are all OLD movies...The news stations..can't get them or the weather...in fact..I'm boxing it up and taking it back...Read online all other reviews and practically everything I read was negative...wish I would have done this prior to me going to the effort of buying it in the first place.
