Nice little system

Works great. Fairly simple hookup with a few minor bugs. Well laid out controller (remote). I only wish all remotes were this well laid out and easy to use.
The Cons: Adding your credit card to open the account. Seems like 95% of the things I'm interested (movies) are all pay services. If you have a smart TV or Blu-Ray player there is NO benefit to the Roku. Other than that awesome remote..

I love my Roku, so easy to use and so many choices, made it easy to give up cable TV. I love British TV and now I can stream Acorn TV. Great product!!!

Doesnt recognize my internet connection

Screen comes up for Roku account setup. I get confirmation of internet connection, then screen for updates, then says no internet connection. Puts info to try again. Will not let me exit Roku screen. Dead end! Please help!

Love my Roku!

This is my 3rd Roku. I also have an Apple TV. I definitely prefer the Roku to the Apple TV. I've turned off my dish at my summer place. 100% streaming and over the antennae local channels. Love the versatility of the roku. You have so much more control over what channels you add etc.

I bought this at Christmas time as a gift for my father in law, he wanted it to get on Netflilxs, so far he seems very happy with it, so I went back and bought one for myself.

After researching the streamers and learning the Roku2 was the favorite and most recommended I decided to give it a shot...I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! Goodbye Cable Company......wish I had this even sooner....Roku 2 and 3 are identical, just that 3 has an earphone jack...im happy with my Roku2..awesome graphics
