Really Like it but Sling does not work

I think its pretty good, but Sling does not work on the Roku 2. Everything else works fine, but we can do that on the chromecast. So its just a glorified chromecast right now.

Weak reception

Overall it's good because it's a small piece of equipment and you get lots of channels! My problem is my WiFi server is downstairs and my Roku is upstairs; therefore the signal is weak even though it's just 40 feet away. Also, If I am online using my computer and/or any other online technology, that weakens the Roku signal making it impossible to watch TV.

Great alternative to cable

Recently dropped DirecTV for a Roku 2, haven't been disappointed. It is easy to use and it was simple to set up. There are so many channels we can always find something to watch

Received this a couple of weeks ago as part of a promotional deal with a Sling TV subscription. It's a great product and very easy to use. Would recommend to others.

Honestly, I am all things Google, so when I heard people talking about Roku I was a bit skeptical. So when I got it the Roku 2 I plugged it in and waited on the updates. Amazingly, it ran circles around my nexus player. I so wish that I would have listened to my friends first and bought 2 Roku players instead of the Nexus player and the Roku 2. Now I'm so curious about what the other newer Roku players do! You've won a Roku fan for life!
